Loot item mod.

Adds 8 items centered around cooldowns.

EN, CN (provided by 千草allin), and JP (midori).


Clockwork Greatsword: Every 10 seconds, decreases all other cooldowns by 2 seconds and then slices the air around you, dealing 200 damage.

Mercury Hourglass: Every 3 seconds, decreases all other cooldowns by 1 second.

Time-Worn Cloak: Every 4 seconds, gain a brief speed boost with a 30% chance to gain Haste for 5 seconds.

Eternity Charm: Every 24 seconds, grant Repeat to all allies for 6 seconds.

Stone Tablet: When an ability or loot item with a cooldown is activated, reduce the remaining cooldown on your Special by 2 seconds.

Rusted Gauntlet: Your abilities and loot all deal 30% more damage, but all of your cooldowns are increased by 1 second.

Tourbillon: Deal 1% more damage until the end of the fight whenever an ability or loot item with a cooldown is activated, up to 99%.

Clockhand Hairpin: Every 12 times an ability or loot item with a cooldown is activated, gain invulnerability for 3 seconds.
