Quick update to the Abdication mod

This mod allows you to abdicate the throne at any time for any reason.

Unlike other abdication mods, which come with additional "features", this is the only thing this mod does.

So far in 1.16.2.2 this mod still works. The decision fires and the next in line takes over. I'm not seeing anything weird with the Dynasty/House head changing, so I'd say this (with my limited testing) is good to go for the latest version.
