Crawling Tunnels - Composition

Description


This composition features three claustrophobic, confined, underground crawling tunnels, each with their own surface entrances complimented by teleportation scripts to ensure smooth transitions in and out of the tunnels.

There isn't much space to maneuver inside the tunnels, so it's recommended you only take your pistol and flashlight with you.

Small Tunnel:
  • a small shelter connected to a surface firing position
  • features a tiny barracks for rest and recuperation
  • one collapsed connector
  • a false tunnel leading to a dead end, ideal for booby traps

Long Tunnel:
  • a long straight tunnel connected to the basement layer of two separate buildings
  • includes an alternative entrance and exit through the basement
  • make them crawl through and listen to the Snake Eater theme for your own amusement

Big Tunnel:
  • a big and more in-depth tunnel network
  • features a kitchen, barracks, supply and a surgery room
  • split into a bottom and top layer accessible by two separate ladders

No dependencies or DLC requirements. Deformer is preferable but not necessary if you are able to find a big enough flat area in your terrain.

Placement tips: turn off Vertical Mode and Surface Snapping. Select the blue helper arrow of the tunnel you intend to use, then select the rest of the tunnel. Hit number '2' on your keyboard to bring up the Translation Widget, then align the blue arrow against the ground.

you can disable the AI's pathing by adding
this disableAI "PATH";
into their init box
