Description
A great injustice has been undone this day. Chameleons, Gnus, Goats. All these creatures have horns to defend themselves. Only the goat is singled out to not have the horns mutation. But no longer! This should make permadomination goat runs, as shown in a recent rogue rat video, slightly more scalable.
