Description
Alternative version of gm_2base

A construct-like map based on ctf_2fort, but now the teams are below ground level.
(but in fact, you're still on one of the many islands that fly through the sky (like gm_2base), it's just a closed type island.)
This means that there will be much less free space and it will be more difficult to navigate the entire map.
The team that first sorts out all these rooms and tunnels will gain a significant advantage on the map.

The entire map is divided into two bases: RED and BLU
The bases themselves are divided into 3 floors:
  • The first (aka main) floor is quite spacious and has good lighting, it also has 2 water pools for a quick descent from the 2nd floor. It has access to the center of the map.
  • The second floor is additional, it has much less free space and is designed to bypass the enemy. It has two quick descents to the 1st floor and has access to the center of the map.
  • The third (aka zero) floor is also an additional floor, but it is completely devoid of any lighting (except for one lamp in the center), this floor is even more cramped and unsuitable for large objects.
Despite its unremarkable appearance, it's partially isolated from other floors and the entrance to this floor is located at the very end of each base. Losing control of this floor can completely change the course of the game.

In the center of the map there is a large statue, which, of course, is completely destroyed.
The teams need to assemble the statue from scratch piece by piece to get 4 bonuses for each other.
To start assembling the statue, you need to press on the sign near the pedestal.

After that, orange spheres will start appearing one after another, which, when approaching them, will disappear and leave behind small shards.
These shards need to be thrown into the water in the pedestal, after which one of the twelve parts of the statue will appear.

What this statue means can be anything, you can perceive and interpret it as you wish.
Who is this man, what is in his hand, what does the inscription on the pedestal mean - you decide.

If the statue was fully assembled, after a while each base will have 4 bonuses for each base:
  1. ALL walls blocking additional rooms and tunnels will disappear completely, opening up additional opportunities for teams.
  2. 2 large bridges will appear in the central room, in case the enemy has blocked other passages.
  3. Water throughout the map will begin to heal players, restoring their HP, also green particles will come from the water as a sign.
  4. Access to the secret room under the 3rd floor will be available to everyone, even for those who don't have noclip.

The secret room itself contains 4 buttons that control the state of 4 bonuses for teams.
That is, if you don't want restrictions and don't want to collect any statues, you can turn off/on what you need.

Also, the map remembers which buttons were pressed last time and will press these buttons automatically when loading the map.
The state of the buttons when loading onto the map depends on the admin.
(The settings are only remembered when you exit the map to the game menu. If you exit the game directly to the desktop, the map won't remember the settings.)

The map contains AI Nodes and Navmesh

Reality, alternate universes, structural void... maybe everything we see is just a computer vision of our world?
All the time it was trained to see the world as we see it ourselves, but it was constantly mistaken in small details.
But the more it learns our worldview, the more all these inventions look like they were created by an ordinary person.
Am i even alive in that case? (3/3)

One of my favorite maps that utilize the "construct" aesthetic, great job!

The only map for which the plan wasn't made by me, or even by a human.
