Description
Adds the Ponca tribe under Chief White Eagle to Civilization V.

The Ponca - White Eagle

UA: Blood the Same Color As Yours
During a peace treaty, you may settle one city within the other civilization's territory. When a city grows, every worked Farm contributes a small amount of Science.

UU: Washa'be (Crossbowman)
Has the Cover promotion. After engaging in combat four times, gains +1 movement and weakens adjacent enemies.

UB: Maithi (Walls)
Built up to twice as fast based on the number of nearby foreign cities, and creates Farms on valid adjacent tiles on completion. Provides Faith when nearby enemy units die or when this city completes a Trade Route.
