(Mass) Convert Vassal's Culture

Description
Adds character interaction (diplomacy tab) to convert vassal's culture.
Works with indirect and direct vassal.
Also adds decision to mass convert vassals.
(Decision doesn't appear if there is no people that agree to convert)

Conversion acceptance depends on:
Level of fame
Vassal's cultural traditions
Vassal's opinion
Intimidation
Legitimacy
Vassal's personality traits
Cultural Acceptance

Basically it is a "mass convert religion" mod clone but with culture.

No vanila files are replaced.

huh scratch that it just turned up after like 40 minutes of playing, ignore my previous comment everything appears to be working fine

i can see the individual request in the diplomacy tab, but the "mass convert" decision appears to be missing

@Matthew Rodriguéz are you sure? Because it totally works for me, either vanila or with other mods. Maybe you didn't see the interaction option? It's in the diplomacy tab when you right click on vassal.
