AZ Dud Chance Fix

Description
Fixes what I consider to the a bug regarding AZ dud chance. This enables the base dud chance between the threshold and min angles.

To explain what this does in detail, every torpedo has a minimum and maximum impact angle. These are represented in the picture above as green and red lines respectively. When the torpedo impacts, it generates a random angle between these two, called the threshold angle (which maintenance increases). This is the yellow line.

The blue area are all the angles where the dud chance gets affected by the Perfect Angle multiplier, which is by default 0.1. This means a 30% base dud chance is 3% if hit in those angles. The black area represents the angles that automatically dud, or on semi-realistic, get a +40% dud chance applied.

The white area is where the base dud chance gets applied. This is absent when this fix isn't applied.

Opposite actually. Bad impact angles cause thuds. In vanilla, mediocre and good impact angle are nearly guaranteed to go boom. This mod make mediocre impact angles more likely to thud, based on the dud chance of the torpedo.

So basically this will make your torpedoes more likely to go boom instead of make big thud against a ship?
