Tactical nuke incoming!

This replaces the Grenade Launcher with a camo from Black Ops 2 entitled Pack-A-Punch cover by Rev_deaddiet. Compatible with reanimations and remodels.

@Desano I don't really do viewmodel changes, sorry, I have zero clue how to do it.

Can i request a mod? Can you fixed L4D 1+2 Deagle (made by Lew) viewmodel? It's so low so can you make viewmodel higher but still keep it's L4D 1+2 look? I understand if you refuse it though.
