Repairing the Chinese Flag

Fixed the flags for the Thirty Years' War Manchu, the fall of the Han Dynasty Wuhuan, World War II Xinjiang Province, the People's Republic of Tuva, Shanxi Province, the Majestic Army, and 1440 Yarkand.

Note: This module only fixes the flags of the original script and campaign countries, it does not include other modules, and will not be updated if the wrong flag is not found.
