Comparison between original loot and their Transfigured version:

Necronomicon
Every 8s, using your Special will reset its cooldown instantly and gains CHARGE.
Transfigured Necronomicon
Every time you use your Secondary, gain a stack.
Activating an ability with a cooldown consumes 3 stacks to reset its cooldown instantly.
Tidal Greatsword
Every 12s slices a large radius around you dealing 200 damage. Slowly gets larger and deals more damage as a fight drags on.
Transfigured Tidal Greatsword
Every 10s slices a large radius around you dealing 200 damage.
For each enemy hit, your abilities and loot deal 4% more damage and has a 2% larger hitbox until the end of battle.
Hydrous Blob
Every 8s, using your Secondary will fire an eldritch beast towards your target, dealing 250 damage. Starts battles on cooldown.
Transfigured Hydrous Blob
Every 2 seconds, consume a stack to fire an eldritch beast towards your target, dealing 100 damage.
Gains 1 stack when you use your Secondary.
Gains 2 stacks when you use your Special.
