Comparison between original loot and their Transfigured version:

Fairy Spear
Your Primary has a 30% larger radius and deals 30% more damage, but stops movement when used.
Transfigured Fairy Spear
Every 10s, using your Primary will summon an ethereal ally that fires at your target, dealing 100 damage each time.
The number of of times each ally will fire is equal to you HP.
Moss Shield
Every 12s, using your Defensive will reset its cooldown instantly.
Transfigured Moss Shield
Every 5s, abilities with multiple uses gains a use.
Sunflower Crown
Your max HP is increased by 1. You become able to graze slightly into a projectile without taking damage. Slightly increases movement speed.
Transfigured Sunflower Crown
Your max HP is increased by 3. You are easier to hit. Slightly increases movement speed.
Midsummer Dress
Your max HP is increased by 1. Ability or loot effects that temporarily slow your movement no longer affect you. Slightly increases movement speed.
Transfigured Midsummer Dress
Your max HP is increased by 1. You deal 4% more damage per max HP. Slightly increases movement speed.
Grasswoven Bracelet
Your max HP is increased by 1. All abilities and loot's hitboxes are 30% larger. Slightly increases movement speed.
Transfigured Grasswoven Bracelet
Your max HP is increased by 1. All abilities and loot's hitboxes are 8% larger per max HP. Slightly increases movement speed.

Bruh the Transfigured Moss Shield got nerfed hard 😭😭😭 no more infinite emerald defensive druid
