Comparison between original loot and their Transfigured version:

Obsidian Rod
Your Special's strength becomes the total cooldown time of all your abilities and loot, in seconds, multiplied by 10, divided by the times it hits your target (Maximum of 1000 total).
Transfigured Obsidian Rod
Your Special's strength becomes the total GCD of all your abilities, in seconds, multiplied by 80, divided by the times it hits your target.
Timespace Dagger
Your Secondary's strength becomes your Special and Defensive's cooldown added together, multiplied by 10, divided by the times your Secondary hits your target. (Maximum of 500 total).
Transfigured Timespace Dagger
Your Secondary's GCD becomes the GCD of your Primary.
Your Secondary's total strength becomes the total strength of your Special.
Your Secondary's cooldown becomes half the cooldown of your Defensive.
