Every 20s, grant BERSERK to all allies (for 4s).

Your Secondary has a 40% chance of giving you HASTE.

Transfigured Timewarp Wand
Your GCDs are 0.1s shorter.
When you have HASTE this value is doubled.

Clockwork Tome
Your Special has a 50% chance of giving you HASTE.

Transfigured Clockwork Tome
Your abilities have a 10% chance of giving a random haste buff.

Metronome Boots
Your GCDs become 1.1s. Also moderately increases movement speed.

Transfigured Metronome Boots
Every 5s, switch between having HASTE and SMITE.

Timemage Cap
Cooldowns less than or equal to 10s become 5s.

Your Special and Defensive have a 30% chance of instantly resetting when used.

Your loot have a 25% chance of instantly resetting when used.
