Boss Rush

Description
Removes all encounters except bosses. Also adds a special outskirts encounter so you still have gold to buy stuff.

I just made this mod to practice vs. Lunar bosses without a 10-15 minute runback.

Only the room host will need to download. Works for both single and multiplayer, and at any difficulty.
