[oSB] OCD Tooltip Fix

Description
Incredibly stupid mod which fixes incredibly small issue using incredibly stupid means.

OpenStarbound is required.

Basically adds buildscript to every piece of armor in the game, which converts all leveledStatusEffects to statusEffects and rounds the numbers.

It is a bad mod, don't install it.
