New extra icons for some vehicles

Countries that currently have icons :
- Russia

There are multiple icons for most hulls.

@Azula I believe what you suggest would go against the sticking to realism (as much as possible) part of the mod.

maybe combine Attaack Helicopter Icons? Uk only as the apache and tiger icons. but the chinese icons look really nice aswell.

@Alroza I know you haven't I should have mention it, but imagine my surprise when all my su-24 became mig-23 and my su-25 became mig 29, curiously when I get rid of your air txt the problem gets solved so you really want to check that out.
