Basic TF2 Map Payload Fixer Entity

Description
Quick thrown-together entity, spawn it from your spawnmenu (Bodged-Together Addons category) and connect it/put it close to a Payload cart, then simply stand in proximity to it to move it forward! Also features approximate versions of the player speed stacking found in TF2.

This actually works by moving func_tracktrain entities found in a radius forward if players are detected in the area.

Commands:
-payloadfix_enabled: whether the entity actually pushes the cart. Used for when placing it down.
-payloadfix_proximity: distance the entity checks within for pushing players.
-payloadfix_speedmult: speed multiplier of the cart. (capped to the maximum speed set in the map editor)
-payloadfix_trainproximity: distance in a sphere this entity checks for trains to move. Used in cases like Frontier where there are multiple independent cars.

Notes:
-I cannot get reversal/rollback to work, I've tried so many times.
-Undoing/removing the entity won't stop the given cart - you have to first exit its radius and then remove it to stop it.
-I will not be adding features to this. It is exclusively made as a very basic workaround.
