Frost Plating For LWOTC

Insulating or compensating for extreme temperatures is a pretty fundamental to almost every industry that operates based on the rules of the physical universe, as maintaining an ideal operating temperature is, to be blunt, pretty f'ing important.

This is a simple buildable plating meant to provide a reasonable option for early game frost legion that can happen in the various LWOTC Jam environments.

Obviously requires Frost Legion, as it would be kind of pointless without it, and meant for the Ted Jam / Mod Jam mod environment.

- You can find the various costs and such in the configs, current defaults have it just a little more expensive than alloy plating, but it is essentially just Ceramic that gives frost immunity.
