Description

This core 6 level 25 miner has 8 mining lasers, advanced shield, and standard warp. For production there is a small constructor and advanced constructor that can be upgraded to universal or commercial constructor. For storage there are 2 harvest controllers at 320k and one regular controller with around 300k. Also included are freezer , several cargo boxes, full medical and shower, and includes standard Teleporter for convenience.

This is a mid-game miner that you should be careful with. While testing, in Drone space, I was careless and stayed too long losing my entire vessel and contents due to the hilarious chaining physics provided. Due to this, several things were moved around and hull is now all combat steel.

Upgrade front thrusters for more thrust when desired.

Thanks for checking in, jdrafton! I spent an hour messing with blocks and resaving the bp in single player last night, only to boot things up fresh this morning and now ALL the bps (including your original) no longer contain forbidden blocks. The notice just randomly disappeared. I've never had that happen before. Either way, I'm happy to be able to use this little gem now! And I'll definitely be looking at the Astra modular system next play-through. Thanks for your awesome work.

Maybe too many medium Ion thrusters exceeds limitation?

Thanks Legend! I just performed the Prefab Info test on this in Reforged Eden 2 beta and everything checks out fine. Everything used is a Vanilla specific block except the Industrial Spot Lights and the extra basic core. So it must be a server specific thing.

I have noticed several new Scenarios now use their own specific custom cores. For instance, In a recent Keller's Extreme galaxy playthrough, no cores above core 4(T3 in Vanilla) would spawn leaving my spawn with severely low CPU. So had to adjust CPU using their specific cores. Maybe your Server administrator can help you out.

Tried to build this recently in an RE2 server and it has FORBIDDEN BLOCKS. I can spawn it in fine in creative single player but can't for the life of me find what blocks are forbidden. Would love to be able to use this.

I'm glad I found this again. Had cleared out my old subscriptions cause it was hard to find what I wanted. And this was sadly one of the victims. But now I'm subscribing and keeping it. Really good miner. Clears out asteroids real quick. And is pretty cheap for what you get
