Description
The WaFu 21000 class is the national railway in Japan's covered brake van that was introduced in 1933. It is the first steel body brake van in JGR/JNR, with a decked guard's compartment and a 2-ton cargo compartment. The Wafu 22000 is postwar variants since 1947 based from WaFu 21000. The Yo 2000, introduced in 1937, was the first steel body guard's van of JGR/JNR and has decks on both the front and rear ends.

Prewar and postwar versions are available, and the rear sign is made differently. WAF 21000 and 22000 with a maximum speed of 75 km/h have been available since 1967. The WAF 121000 and 122000 continued to be used in Hokkaido and Shikoku with a maximum speed of 65 km/h after 1968.

少しづつ少しづつ解説を読んで勉強させてもらってます。
緩急車と車掌車の違い一応理解出来ました。調べました。また大切に使わせてもらいます。
