Description
All flags replaced with the flag of the United States from 1908-1912[en.m.wikipedia.org] (which only has 46 stars)

Only in:
• Dead Center
• Dark Carnival
• The Sacrifice
• No Mercy
• and some custom campaigns if it has a flagpole.
