Description
'This is so anime' -Nameless Player

Introduction

Demon Lord Rimuru (or just Rimuru) is MUGEN / M.U.G.E.N v1.1 character, that is known for very fast and mobile movement and short, powerful and cancelable moves.

Gimmicks

Power Value
A simple meter, that slowly fills up to 3 on hits.

Attacks

NSPECIAL: Fireball
Requires 0.3 of Power Value
Rimuru releases a powerful fireball, that explodes on hit.

FSPECIAL: Triple Cut
A singular slash, that can be cancelled into 2 more powerful ones after hitting the opponent and pressing special again.

USPECIAL: Spiral Swing
A swing, that gives a large amount of vertical velocity.

DSPECIAL: Shadow Vacuum
Requires 1 Power Value
Rimuru releases a Shadow Vacuum, that can grab enemies, deal a reasonable amount of damage to them and drop them from the upper bound of the stage.

FSTRONG: Energy Ball
Requires 1 Power Value
Rimuru releases a small energy ball, that later makes a powerful explosion.

DSTRONG: Lightning Roar
Requires 1.5 of Power Value
Rimuru turns into a wolf, that roars with close range lightning around him, for a short amount of time.

USTRONG: Shaow Tornado
Requires 1.5 of Power Value
Rimuru summons a small tornado, that pulls and damages opponents.

FTAUNT: Dead Sun's Laser
Requires 2 Power Values
Rimuru summons a giant white laser from the sky.

DTAUNT or UTAUNT: Time Stop
Requires 1.5 of Power Value
6 seconds of complete time stop.

TAUNT: Laser Storm
Requires all 3 Power Values
A close range attack, that summmons a storm of lasers on hit.
The sum of all damage will always be 80.

NOTE
Make sure to NOT put Rimuru against cheapies, or else... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . You don't wanna see what happends next.

@ExMagikGuy can you please make a version of this character where you don't need to charge the moves? please and thank you. I do think the taunt abilities should stay as a charge up.

Stop flooding the workshop with these garbage troll characters disguised as actual ones, and the audacity to not even let you fight it. it just spams the same 3 moves dude. fuck you.

i do think that having to charge the ability's/attacks ruins the character in my opinion, i was really hoping for a good rimuru character since its my favorite anime, i was wondering if you could release a version of this character where you don't have to charge the ability's/attacks

Yup, I dont really take these things seriously, and I like commenting, soo I couldnt keep my mouth shut(Or in this case, I couldnt keep my fingers from typing:bbtagragna:).

@SaikoMan I don' know about any kind of errors, I pretty much powerless against those, when I'm testing, no errors pop up and I can't even know if I fixed something.
