Saint Gasparino

Description
This map is Vanilla, no mods, no assets, and no DLC.

I worked on this map from scratch, but couldn't finish it before CS2 and forgot about it, I never completed it. But this month I decided to wrap it up and finally release it. (not sure if anyone is making maps or not, just wanted to put it out)

I built the map in the Tropicity theme, if you want the map to look like the images, all you need is Tropicity
And if you want, you can play with 81 tiles.

The Map

Saint Gasparino or San Gasparino is a remote coastal area based off France, Corsica, & Italy.
It has many sharp coastal cliffs, hills, mountains, beaches, farms, forests, and flats. Plenty of variety and things to see.

Features & Gameplay

- THE MAIN feature of the map to stick out, is the map's River with ability to divert paths leading to the Gasparino bay, it will fill up the bay past the normal sea level, allowing ships & trade to come in, affording you the ability to create a harbor or even create a new resort shoreline, you can also use the canyon of the former river for anything in mind... It just looks cool if anything!

- Lots of playable land outside the normal 25 tiles with building room, a new valley, and river.

- Massive Oil reserve off the coast on the shallow reefs. Shallow enough to get there, be creative.

- Remote Coast with old WW2 defensive structures

- Volcano, canyons, and plateaus to check out.

- 3 Intersections on the map for future ability to expand.

- Connections: 4 Air, 4 Ship, 4 Road, 2 Rail.

- No height map used, this map was made entirely from scratch.

===============================================================

That's all I can think of, I know it's a simple description, but I hope you enjoy this if you decide to play the map or just check it out. The roads are laid out nice and even, and the intersections should give you enough room to be set up. God Bless

(oh hey, if anyone does end up building a city on this map, and you care to send a screenshot later of the city you build, post it in the comments. feel free to do so, do it!)

Hey, thanks for the reply! I don't know what happened but they already appeared out of nowhere. I have unsubscribed some mods so I don't know what might have caused it. Hehe. I really love the map! Keep up the good work and Godbless :)

@belle I'm sorry, I'm not too sure what would cause that. The ship routes are there, maybe: (docks/ports aren't accessible for the ships to reach) or (a mod could cause them not to appear) or (maybe the water-level is too low in the bay, which the river could be diverted into, to heighten its water level [cause ships are routed to go into that bay] I hope that can help, or somehow the solution will solve itself over time

Hello. I love the map so much, currently using it. But I run into a problem. There are no ships spawning. :( Maybe you could help?
