I made this for a friend, it was supposed to be a quick thing but it ended up becoming a side quest

they unlock in 1996 and come with assets. Included are

SP tunnel motor UP patch
DRGW tunnel motor UP patch
CNW SD40-2 UP patch
BN SD40-2 BNSF patch
ATSF SD40-2 BNSF patch
