RENFE Suizas

RENFE, in need of new trains to operate under 3.000kv, signed a contract with Swiss companies (Brown Boveri & Cie, Ateliers de Sécheron, Schindler Wagons, La Fabrique Suisse de Wagons et d'Ascensors) and the Spanish-Swiss group GESTESA to build a new type of train, these new trains would consist of 3 carriages, 2 outer driving motorized carriages and a intermediate trailer.
The first trains (601 - 610) were delivered between December 1957 and August 1958, after the good results, another 5 trainsets were ordered (611 - 615). Simultaneously in 1955, new contracts to build in Spain more of these trains between RENFE and other Spanish companies such as Maquinista Terrestre y Marítima, Industrias Aguirera and GESTESA were signed, resulting in a total of 27 new trainsets of the same type. A total number of 62 trainsets of the 600 series were built.
Whilst in active service, these units were refurbished several times and changed between commuter and regional services. The original consist was formed by 2 motors with both cabs at each end, having the possibility to drive them autonomously. One motor had a space for post whilst the other had more space for passengers.
This mod adds three types of the (Suizas) series, the 436, 437 and 438 series, in total 26 different versions, custom sounds and assets to have them as decorations.
