Remove Technology Aversion

This mod is aiming to set all diplomatic values for technology to 0.
Im trying to make my game into a diplomatic sandbox and this can be archieved by combining this with "No Aversion" mods. Here is the Original Mod by Lain, big thanks for him being so cooperative: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2789902234

I tried to limit this to technology, but since I am not too skilled in modding something might have been affected by the crossfire.
Roughly 71 rows were modified.
There is still aversion in the game for example Kislev and Juan Bo, I think this is tied to the follower race and the cathayan compass. I might modify this if it annoys me too much, but I would be grateful for some leads and if some other aversions are reported that need to be fixed.
