Description
This mod increases rulers bonuses, so now it DOES MATTER what ruler is on the throne.
Instead of giving +1,238% of something, it gives 20% of something!

Sure....I think, although I dont think I will do it any time soon sinse Im quite busy with school and other projects, im maybe getting a girlfriend, and Im just not interested that much in aoh3 as I was before
