This mod adds new flags for United Kingdom depending on Government, we changed flags for Goverments such as:
Authoritarian
Communism
Dictatorship
Fascism
Horde
Monarchy
National Socialism
Theocracy
Tribal

The extended goverments
near the mod adds a bunch of new ideologies there you can add a unique flag
