Description
Adds 8 new items (with placeholder cubes because I haven't drawn art for it yet.) all centered around debuffs, specifically it's own new debuff Crush.

Crush can be re-applied while an enemy already has been afflicted by it, and will take damage when you do so.

Heavy Shovel - Your Special applies Crush.

Breaking Hammer - Your Primary applies Crush.

Miner's Pick - Every 3 seconds, deal damage around you and apply Crush.

Drill Bow - Every 5 seconds deals damage in an area around your target, and applies Crush.

Rock Gauntlet - Whenever you deal damage, has a 15% chance to apply Crush.

Mining Cap - Every 8 times debuffs are applied, Gain brief invulnerability.

Heavy Coat - When you gain invulnerability, apply Crush to all enemies. Increases damage dealt by debuffs.

Faulty Dynamite - Whenever a debuff is applied, deal damage to all enemies. Increases damage dealt by debuffs

Re-applying debuff breaks the game too much, too many loot items are set up around re-aplication being something that takes at least 5 seconds. I did a hard heavyblade run and got breaking hammer in the first chest (primary applies crush) and then 2nd chest redblack ribbon (when apply debuff 50% chance to reset defensive) and then a garnet primary and i was just... immune the whole game holding down primary and defensive because of the constant reapplication of crush resetting my defensive and still doing massive damage to boot.
