i was only able to complete it by knowing exactly what was coming and then playing accordingly. Fending off the “special ops” in particular is impossible without (cheesy) preparation.
It takes luck and everything has to be perfect. if you lose an important unit at one point, it's a catastrophic situation.
This makes the mission unsuitable for a playthrough without prior knowledge of what will happen.
What's more, somehow this tiny defense mission runs like 2 times worse than Krasny Bor or Narva, despite being like 6 times smaller and with 5 times less units.
I don't know how workshop defense missions always manage to run at such atrocious framerates.
At least you gave the player already built-up positions and enough ammo crates for the tanks and important emplacements, unlike other missions where you're expected to somehow pull through with nothing and are given 3 minutes to prepare 500 units.
