City Living, a Custom Scenario

Description
It was once the industrial hub of the lake cities, proud of its skilled workforce and its union heritage. Busy, profitable, and filthy. Time and tech moved on, leaving a polluted harbor, a blighted landscape, and a depressed economy. Yeah, some rides were a great idea!

A rework of the Career scenario Downtown, taking advantage of several DLCs to expand the city. Custom biome, tweaked staff settings, and minimal research (everything that's not immediately available is researchable except for the Info Booth, because existing queues and spacings don't account for the possibility of Priority Passes). Guest traits maxed, including a generous helping of Litterbugs. The spawners are now even farther apart, but don't worry, the new Lightlines connect everything! And I do mean everything -- guests can and will reach distant corners of the map in search of more fun stuff. Don't disappoint them!

There's some underground construction, so please CHECK BEFORE YOU DIG! Check when deleting paths, with spawners inside of the park boundary I've deleted the spawners-to-parkentry paths a few times. All original rides and buildings are still in there, somewhere, although some of the buildings have been redecorated/repurposed.

Feel free to load this into the Scenario Editor before playing and make any changes that'll make it easier/harder for you. However, although the Ghostbusters DLC was used for its excellent city-building (etc) scenery, the nearly corner-to-corner nature of the park makes it difficult for the max# of four Ghostbusters to deal with the amount of hauntable space. In playtesting I had trouble, so turn on Ghostbuster features at your own risk! Also, playing as intended (developing four separate areas in pretty much the four corners of the map) this is a difficult scenario, despite a lot of playtesting and tweaking I can't promise this is winnable.

A lot of my own efforts went into this (I'm particularly happy with the new LightLines setup), but I used a significant number of Frontier's included blueprints and other work, especially from the DLCs -- as always, many thanks to the original art-devs! And thanks to Unca Alby for the use of their building.

There's an unfinished Pioneer near the south corner, if you'd rather use my version than build your own I have it in the Workshop (with a triggered effects building) here:

There's also a Loony Turns intended for the North Docks area, in the Workshop here:
