Original Outskirts Toll

Description
A simple mod that replaces the downpour Outskirts toll room with the pre-downpour Outskirts toll room. Tolls in saint and Rivulet timeline are in a different spot. Make sure to place above moreslugcatsexpansion for the mod to work. This is my first mod so there may be bugs.

just as a tip, make msc a dependency since this is specifically for msc and it will always load above msc
