Description
A collection of wands/weapons/items from Tales of Kupoli.
Why? I've decided to split Tales into 2 different mods as a remaster and internal rewrite of sorts.

Adds 18 new wands & some new spells along with some special drops to find and collect.

What are the odds of an enemy dropping them? what kinds of things can be dropped? from what enemies?
