[UA] The Iron Lady - May Decommission Resources improved by Mines, removing the Resource and granting a burst of Production and [ICON_GOLD] Gold. While at war, defeating an enemy unit in your territory on another continent generates Golden Age Points.

[UU] Harrier - Replaces Jet Fighter. Requires Rocketry. Weaker, but every other Harrier stationed in a location provides an additional Air Unit capacity.

[UU] Brokerage Firm - Replaces Stock Exchange. May sell a building and retain +1 of each of it's yields (usable once per building per city). Provides an extra merchant slot.
