ECT-CS-MOH-292 SERAF

Description
Affiliation: Unaligned

Manufacturer: EtherCore Technologies

Series: Cephis Series

Class: Medium Open Hauler

Registry #: 292

Designation: ECT-CS-MOH-292 SERAF

The Seraf is a standard design for a medium class open frame hauler. The Cephis series haulers come equipped with two lateral arms that can operate as a hitch for either articulating arms or a rising platform.

Designed for long range operations, the Seraf is equipped with a jump drive and all necessary facilities on the ship to allow a relatively comfortable habitation.

Included facilities are:

- Medical Room (airtight)
- Ground Access Airlock
- Crew Quarters
- Mess Hall
- Bridge overlooking forward flight path
- Observatory for platform under bridge
- Toilet/Shower

While lacking significant cargo in the internal facilities, it does possess enough to hold additional in solid form, reactor fuel in ingot form, and other material for necessary repairs. It would require docking to a station or a ground outpost for larger repairs.

Please keep in mind this craft, while having considerable vertical lift capabilities, has a weight limit that it can lift and that amount will vary based on the affecting gravity forces the ship is under.

The platform is connected using merge blocks and can be dropped by a simple button press if the user decides it is unnecessary.

Ship Specs:

Block Count: 2506
With Platform: 2742
PCU: 13,921
Mass: 1,572,315

NOTE: Due to hardware issues, namely a failing GPU and CPU that are rather dated, I will be stepping back from playing until I can replace them. No current date as I do not yet have the funds. I will announce when I come back but that may be a while from now.

I have a quick question, May I use this series of ships for a multiplayer server (Stone Industries) inside of the shipyard i run there as long as I post the Original work? I won't be using the grids as they come, I will be retrofitting them to the server spec uses for Mobile bases, Roaching ships, and PvP ships. With a different Hauling design. (Note: I trade pre-built ships for Tech components inside the server) Just wanted Permission to do so, if not that's okay. Also Merry Christmas!

Go for it. The ship can have the platform disengaged and it can be printed out in survival. It uses no mods so you shouldn't have any issues with it.

Really nice ship!! love the design, Im wondering if I can use it as a basis to start from and modify it into something of a survival ship :)

Feel free! Glad that it has inspired you! Hopefully I can continue to get better to live up to that honor. I know I've certainly learned much by observing other's work too!

I can appreciate the frustration on that.

I chose to use the dlc because they offer so many options that vanilla doesn't and it also helps me avoid using mods.

Dlc ships can be used in pretty much any server but modded ones require the server to support those specific mods.

By using the dlc, I can help support the developers, the game itself, and made my ships viable in any server, if not for every player.

Looks cool but I wish so many ships shared on the workshop didn't need *literally every goddamn DLC* to use. :I
