Description
The TIE Bomber II is a core 2 SV for Vanilla, RE1, & RE2 that can utilize a central compartment to upgrade the striker into a number of roles. From heavy fighter, scout and recon, or even as a stand-in miner, players will find the SV can suite a number of functions as they see fit.

The Sienar Fleet Systems TIE Bomber II

The TIE Bomber II is the successor to the Galactic Empire's aging, yet vaunted TIE Bomber. The TIE Bomber II can be upgraded and converted to a heavy strike craft, an exploration fighter, or even a small bulk miner if the internal compartment is utilized for cargo expansion.

Hello kindred Empyrion spirits!

Let me start with a request; please respect blueprint authors. Often it takes months to finesse a build, and to have it ripped and reuploaded without permission or even so much as credit, can be discouraging, often pushing such authors away from the community.

I personally don't mind critical feedback, and constructive criticism, as it will serve me to better my builds. However, If you enjoy my content, and there is much more to come, respect my (and others) authorship of these massive timesinks. Thank You.

HOW TO CHANGE THE COLOR SCHEME

1. First copy the desired color code found either here with control C.
2. While looking at the ship with color/texture tool out, right click to open texture palette, then click configure.
3. Your green selection box should be over the top left color. If not, left click it to select.
4. Now while holding down shift, left click the bottom right color box, then in the left UI box, hit paste.
5. Once done, your new palette should apply, but to lock it in you have to hit OK under the color palette box.

Armament

The TIE Bomber II comes modestly equipped with a pair of miniguns.

When upgraded, The bomber can field a number of turrets and/or mounted weapons in the designated areas (see tutorial)

survivability

The TIE Bomber II has an encasement of steel around the whole of the frame, with hardened steel placed in key areas, such as the front facing, and the bottom floor and side walls of the device placement areas.

Players can make use of the central compartment to enhance survivability by placing a shield and shield extenders if they choose.

Thrusters

The SV's handling can be improved by upgrading current thrusters and placing additional ones in predesignated areas. Placement for additional thrusters extensively detailed in the tutorial video.

Features and Devices

Comes with Wifi, fridge, armor locker, o2 dispenser, with space for placing additional devices

Storage

1x 3.3k Ammo container (expandable)
1x 2k Ammo
1x 1.4k Harvest
1x 1k misc box

Lore and History

The TIE Bomber II was intended to be the next generation in Sienar strike craft to replace the original TIE Bomber. Designed from the outset to house a number of upgrades at the discretion of the operators, including shields; a feature that was requested by many Imperial warlords that wanted to make the most out of their attacks.

Not so much out of necessity of preserving their pilots, but for the sake of protecting the strike craft's payload long enough for it to be delivered to targets. The craft could also house a hyperdrive, releasing the bomber from its tether to capital vessels.. something that pirates would exploit to the detriment of local system security forces.

Wow, that's an interesting find, and thank's for giving me detailed feedback. I have seen this issue with people very rarely, but gave them feedback about the total blueprint cap limiting them. Would never have imagined that something so specific would be the cause.

Thank you Skyphantom 07

After much trouble shooting, I have discovered that the issue lies in the amount of bases Suscribed. Unsubbing all SVs & CVs then subbing only 1 workshop item with the [LF] prefix (This one) still did not rectify the issue. Only after I started unsubbing Bases below 65 to 64 did the "[LF] TIE Bomber II" (the only subbed SV at the time) show up. During troubleshooting the past few days, I found that for whatever reason the #of base count maxes at 64, from 65+ and onward, it starts limiting the naming convention. No workshop items in the SV/CV category that start with "U" or beyond will be displayed, no matter how many are subb'd. This is probably an Eleon bug, taking the bases to 47 has allowed all your creations I am subbed to be displayed. It's weird that whether I had 1, 10, or the original 77 SV's I had subb'd, the only ones not displayed in the factory were anything that started with a "U" or beyond alphabetically.

Thats odd. It went from working to not working for you is the biggest headscratcher

I have done a few more parameter testing and have found other creations that use the bracket "[***]" format as a prefix also do not show. the tack "-***-" prefix format still shows, but any creations that have a bracket prefix format do not.

I haven't heard of them changing any sort of blueprint naming structure. I know there can be issues of builds not showing up if you've exceeded a certain count, but from what you said, seems you unsubbed to try and resolve that.

Could be a question to bring up on Eleon's forum. Maybe they did something and didn't announce it?

I love this ship! It is one of my Go-To's for early game combat. However, this play through I have noticed that I cannot locate it, even though I am still Subb'd. While looking, I noticed that the Nebulon B Sarrissa are also missing, despite being subb'd. To myt suprise/horror I have found that NONE of your bps are showing up in my list. Tried unsubbing and resubbing, but it didn't help. I removed all my BPs and resubbed to just a few of yours and they still do not show up. Did Eleon change the naming conevention?

Really Love it, Very Very Good Design. I will have to do a bit of amodding to get working in Atlantis, But any re-upload will be Kept to friends without your direct permissions.
Thanks for your hard work.. and (awarded "Michanglo"!

(I have a custom version of some the SV thrusters ECT and things like clone chamber can be placed.) My pack makes more uses for SV over CV :) SO much that i converted a CV Mill* Folcan to SV and Re-mapped its insides :) Kinda Cool Really,
