Let's turn Cruz Silva into a monster... namely, a zombie SNPC. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Download this.

Step 2: Download Lethal Necrotics Reanimated: Half-Life 2

Step 3: Launch your Gmod game.

Step 4: Click Lnr. Misc in the NPC spawn menu.

Step 5: Click "Random Playermodel Zombie", which spawns one random zombie SNPC based on your downloaded playermodels.

The end result: You get, if you're (un)lucky.... ZOINKS!! A zombie Cruz Silva SNPC that chases and attacks you or other NPCs. Open fire or run for your life!
