Quite possibly, the trigger system can be a bit flaky!

I played Attu Phantom again this afternoon and this was the first time when I entered the area to pick up the troops, I did not get any kind of notification as I had in the past. Also, when I reach the area to end the game, it did not trigger and the game did not end until I manually ended it with a decisive victory. Does this need to be fixed?
