Updated as of May 1st, 2025! Check the change notes, and there is a new preview video!

This mod brings in a new VoiceSet titled “Lochlan” Yes, voice “acted” by yours truly!

I took this seriously, no 4th wall breaks or anything like that.

Includes everything but Drowning sounds.

NOTE: I am not a voice actor, although I did try my best, I just did this for fun because I think NMRiH is a great game.

Enjoy, my throat hurts.

I used Wazanator's Creating a Custom Voice Set guide to learn how to do this.

I've had this mod rotting on my PC for ~3 months because I had some issues with it but I think it's all straightened out now. Do let me know if stuff doesn't work tho.

Bonus: If you're one of my friends who I play this game with you are legally obligated to get this... Because it'll be funny to hear my in game irl voice and my irl mic voice at the same time.

I have no idea how to solve the problem of chillidos and there are times that make the noise of all zombies even children!

Thank you, deleting the folder manually and resubscribing fixed the problem.

Yeah, I think it's the new ver trying use the old version's sound cache or something idk

Easy fix tho, head over to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\224260\3359894693

And just delete the 3359894693.vpk.sound.cache file (I would also delete the .VPK itself as well just to be safe)

Then redownload the mod and it'll be fixed.

Also I plan to make the breathing sounds a lot louder.

The latest update seems to have screeching sounds at the end of some new voice lines, like an audio glitch. I don't know if it's a problem on my end but it'd be nice to see a fix for (and breathing/exhaustion sound cues). It's a nice voice set too.
