Black Reliquary - Raiju Boss Port

Description
Adds the Raiju from SPurple, Seal, and AnonymousKoala's Sunward Addon to Black Reliquary as an event-based Flameseeker boss.

The Raiju isn't here to kill you out of vengeance or spite, of course. Rather, he's only seeking worthy challengers for a fight to the death. As rewards for beating him, he offers you 200 Lost Tek, 60,000 Gold, and a unique trinket set based on his abilities. He won't begrudge you for turning him down, either - there is no penalty for ignoring his quest.

Black Reliquary and the Raiju are the property of their respective owners. This mod was made with permission.

Update: there is still no prep-round with this boss. However, he is now programmed to miss his first two attacks during the prep-round, because I thought it would be funny if his lack of understanding of how BR works be incorporated into his behaviors.

Over a half year late and it dawned on me. There is no prep-round with this boss.

@JLW2490 the fight itself was mostly unchanged in the port, only difference was a minor Raiju nerf (his Afflicted attack only hits 2 instead of 3 now) and the shuffle on the Iga-Gani. Can remove the stealth refresh on him if you think that's a good idea.

Encountered him. Got whooped on the first try. Succeeded in the second attempt. Wild (Maybe overtuned?) fight. The dual stuns gave me PTSD of Greater Sandwyrm Earthcrashes.

And in my second attempt, the Shinobi kept scoring crits and refreshing his stealth (That's his CRIT effect carried over from DD1 right?) . I spent several rounds unable to hit 'em.

Ultimately, despite the success, I dunno how to feel about this one.

Spawn conditions for the event which unlocks his quest is similar to that of the Eclipse quest, but it can appear at an earlier week.

is there a specific condition for me to unlock this fight ? i can't seem to find him
