Character Archtype: Rushdown

Cosmo stumbles his way into battle! Cosmo is a rushdown fighter which means getting up close is his specialty, with wacky and clumsy flailing, he's sure to win at least SOME of his battles by complete accident.

Neutral Special: Chargeable Attack that sends you in the air and forward, the intensity of this dependant on how much you charge it, can be let go instantly for an extremely fast no end lag combo move. Once hit three times, unleash a triple bark next time you use the move.

Side Special: Charge in a straight direction. press special while in this sequence to throw a toy upwards, hitting anybody in its way. you can turn around by pressing backwards and can jump while in this form, press shield to exit the running sequence. Press attack to lunge forward. press attack again to bite, forward or backward to kick, and special to lick

Up Special: Zero startup jump, fling yourself into the air instantly, if you land on someone in free fall, it does damage and it bounces you upwards

Down special: Sniff around for a second and then heal yourself and give Ultra charge for an extended period of time, can let go of the special button to cancel the move. Fills the "aww" meter

Cosmo has a mechanic where licking opponents with side b, taunting, or holding down special fills up a "Aww" meter. Hitting Sweet spots of smash attacks lowers this bar, Aswell as biting or kicking people with side special. Once full, lick another opponent, or use the full animation of taunt to explode in a radius that stuns enemies for a period of time.
