I agree with the suggestion of adjusting XP rates to 15 for the AI and 5 for players.

I integrated this into my Real Freedom Really Landless mod and adjusted it's values like @Eight did for both player and AI https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3337930295

I mean if you install this mod and use that loop to get xp, might as well just cheat or use mod like divine intervention to keep it achievement friendly.

This should be like 100 but per point of interest. Any "per province" is flawed cause you can just loop a travel between 2 provinces for infinite XP gain.

Good idea, but it should be reduced to 5

Installing this was such a no brainer for me. It didnt make sense how you can WANDER all over the map doing stuff but not gain any xp in the WANDERING tree. I recommend everyone to take @Eight advice in this comment section and lower the xp gained. Makes it more balanced IMO.

Yes, it is the other mod from this author, the Less Restrictive Wandering Activities one. When I removed that one, the tree returned to full functionality, and continued as such after I reenabled this one.

I'm using this and no problems

Apologies, I removed the mod and still have the issue. So it's most likely another mod doing it.

Same issue as Raiukage here. Very sad, because this was one of my favourite mods.
