well.
you can change word in lua script file "DILEMMA_BONUS_MEDIUM" to
"DILEMMA_BONUS_LARGE" or "DILEMMA_BONUS_SMALL"
and there is a table diplomatic events in db
"cai_variables_tables" is has number value setting.
and "cai_personality_diplomatic_events_tables" has all diplomatic options.
All diplomatic options only work with predetermined key values, so it's not recommended to change specific numbers or choose other diplomatic options.
just select of one large(20) or medium(10) or small(5).
This bonus value keeps accumulating every turn, so for example, if an Ogre camp is within your territory, that Ogre faction will soon form an alliance with the player.
It only works for players.
And Factions with no diplomatic relationship. (not war, not allied, not military access.)
Also is this player only or do the AI factions give each other affinities aswell?
I think CA should make it so that armies that get told to leave but dont should take attrition (where are you getting food from if you're not at war with me so not requisitions food from locals?) but this is interesting way too
