Postal 2 catnip entity

Description
in a gadda da vida baby!
Working catnip from Postal 2 now in garry's mod!
This entitiy makes you move fast and gives more time for your reaction. The effect of catnip will last 1 minute like in Postal 2. Works only in singleplayer. And don't take it too much or catnip will give you bad consiquences that can be fixed with killbind.
Addon doesn't contain catnip model.
