Custom Attribute at Start

Click on attribute when start a new character to increase it, pressing shift when clicking to subtract, holding control when clicking to +5.

Alternatively you can change value on Elin\BepInEx\config\me.chilemiao.plugin.CustomAttributeAtStart.cfg (need start game once to create it) to have it always preset.

Update: Made it more mod compatible, and also made it can change skill and feat level

Change skill and feat level will make it won't be removed even change race and class, you need manually reduce the level to 0 to remove it
