I've made a comment on the workshop item asking for credit to be added to the description though

@ellismay, yes the colors and logo are essentially the same, but it's kind of odd to enforce that as stealing when a railways colors are always going to be identical if you're making livereis for the same railroad. Though yes i do agree with you that they clearly used your livery texture as a base before adding the different numbers and changing other parts of the texture. Doesn't really seem like to big of a deal though
