Description
The LC-7B is the deuterium-powered iteration of the Pelican family. With extensive overhauls to its thrust systems, it can now operate in space and is even able to enter and exit the atmosphere under its own power - eliminating the need for hotdropping a carrier through low atmosphere if collecting the Pelicans was needed.

DISCLAIMER: The ship itself is survival-ready, but to actually utilize the VTOL and cabin door you'll need to spawn it in or make them yourself, which isn't difficult as the nacelles are attached with merge blocks anyway.

You can use it fine without the DLC, the cockpit's a free one and everything else is just very minor aesthetics.
