2 Combines in the style of Dark Interval 1.2

"What do you mean style"?
Dark Interval actually has multiple Combine Soldier textures. I ported the ones that made the most sense gameplay and aesthetic wise.
I've actually done this long ago for fun but decided to release it after I had a bit too much fun with my sticker mod, with guns from ARC9 gunsmith.
