Prewar Citizens [Fallout] [Playermodel + Ragdoll]

Description
A collection of outfits ported from Fallout 76 for the use of Prewar scene building and roleplay. Female varients will be included at a later time.

If you wish to use the outfits for modifications or downsizing, you are free to do so or to request me to do so.

Would kind of like if the US Army model had a body group to have the Pip-Boy Sleeve rolled down like it should be, or even having the other sleeve be rolled up as just having the one sleeve without a pip looks very odd. Otherwise great work, I've been hoping more Fallout 4/76 NPC's and Models came out
